Removes the restriction for heads and skins so that players can now equip things like a Mechromancer head on a Gunzerker while wearing a car skin. This can give you up to 180 heads (DLC + Gearbox) or 210 heads (previous + paid cosmetics) as well as 862 skins (DLC + Gearbox) or 892 skins (previous + paid cosmetics) that are all available.

These values will stay even if you do not execute the mod again. This mod will uncap multiple settings to allow more customized values for things like FOV, Sensitivity (controllers too), HUD Scale and Brightness. You can open the file to change the min and max values but I was generous with them. All customizing is in-game in the settings menu.

All areas and side missions progressively scale up according to your advancement in the main mission, in Normal mode and TVHM. Level restrictions on the DLCs are lifted, so they can be played anytime during NVHM/TVHM, and they will also scale up according to the progress in the main game story.
