Mod aimed to improve Light Armor in the game and provide Speed bonus to wearer. Also adds HP bonus to Heavy Armor, to keep space between Light Armor and make heavy characters actual tanks. All Guns received +2 damage, to compensate slow attack speed. Allows to edit all Items in game.
