Hybrid Chronos - Info and Known Issues

WHY I CHANGED CHRONOS?
I've seen 3 people reporting that Chronos stops working when reloading a save with certain mods installed (some pouplar firearms that have been added recently). I've tested on my own and I'm unable to replicate the issue, but I've seen proof of the bug. I've tried to troubleshoot this with 1 affected person checking logs, mods installed and even the files of the mods that causes the issue and EVERYTHING is in order. As I've said, I can't even replicate this bug (and I even asked psiberx for help, he also wasn't able to replicate the bug). That person even reinstalled the game, reinstalled core mods, issue was still there.

This is also on top of the issues with other mods like Quickhack Loadouts.
